A famous Nigerian blogger has got many people talking online as it reveals why popular Nigerian singer Asake exists singer Olamide record label known as YBNL.
In a latest development, Asake who shutdown the 20k Capacity 02 Arena twice within one year went ahead to remove YBNL from his Instagram bio. The singer was also absent at the Olamide recent concert in Lagos.
This ongoing rift between singer Asake and Olamide has sparked widespread reactions online as they called on both singers most especially Asake to settle things with his boss/elder brother Olamide.
However, famous Instagram blogger Cutie_juls in a viral post stressed that singer Asake left YBNL record after the boss Olamide presented him with a new contract after his contract expired but the “MMS” hitmaker refused to sign a new contract.
According to the blogger, Olamide tries everything within his capacity to renew Asake’s contract but the singer refused to sign another contract opting to leave YBNL and be his own boss.
The blogger said that following this breakup between singer Asake and Olamide, the YBNL boss is on the move already to sign a new artiste to his label.
The blogger wrote; “Asake leaves YBNL and dumps OLAMIDE.
Insiders says Asake’s contract with Olamide’s YBNL expired and when OLAMIDE presented Asake with a new contract, Asake refused to sign.
OLAMIDE apparently tried everything in his books to renew his record label with Asake but Asake refused.
The final straw happened two [2] weeks ago when Asake walked out completely out of the deal opting to be his own boss.
Hopefully they will be able to resolve and get Asake to stay
As it is now, OLAMIDE is looking for new artists.
