Kogi Poly Rector Celebrates Finance Commissioner, Asiru Idris on His Birthday

The Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, Professor Salisu Ogbo Usman, has extended warm birthday wishes to the state Commissioner for Finance, Budget, and Economic Planning, Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris. The Polytechnic Public Relations Officer, Mrs. Uredo Omale, in a statement issued on behalf of the management, staff, and students of the institution, Professor Ogbo described the Commissioner as a seasoned accountant renowned for his integrity and expertise in financial management. He lauded Hon. Idris for his invaluable contributions to the administrations of former Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello and current Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, particularly in strengthening Kogi State’s financial sector. “We celebrate you today for your worthy and immense contributions to the emergence of the new Kogi State and for your selfless service to the people of Kogi State,” the Rector said. Professor Ogbo further commended the Commissioner for his support and guidance, which he noted have played a significant role in advancing the growth and development of Kogi State Polytechnic. He concluded by praying for continued divine wisdom, good health, and prosperity for Hon. Idris as he marks another year.
