Kogi State July Babies Celebrate Unity and Fellowship at OJN Foundation Secretariat

In a vibrant celebration of life, unity, and shared identity, the OJN Foundation Secretariat yesterday played host to the annual social gathering of the Kogi State July Kings and Queens Foundation. The event brought together individuals born in the month of July from across the state for an afternoon of bonding, laughter, and reflection.

The yearly gathering has grown into a symbolic event that not only celebrates the birth month but also fosters a strong sense of community among Kogi indigenes. Guests at this year’s edition enjoyed a joyful atmosphere filled with engaging conversations, music, light refreshments, and plenty of photo moments—offering attendees an opportunity to connect, reminisce, and share experiences.

In his remarks, the President of the Kogi State July Kings and Queens—who also doubles as the host and a July celebrant born on the 15th—expressed deep appreciation for the commitment and teamwork of the executive members in organizing a successful event.

“It’s always a joy to see fellow July-born individuals come together in love and unity. This community means a lot to me, and I’m proud of how far we’ve come,” he said.

Special appreciation was also extended to all the July-born Kings and Queens for their enthusiastic participation, and to non-July guests who joined in the celebration, reinforcing the inclusive spirit of the gathering.

The event once again highlighted the strength of unity in diversity and the joy of shared identity.
